Headspace, a mental health app/company, wanted to show business leaders how focusing on employee wellness leads to a more compassionate workforce.

WHAT I WROTE:

The key is to make the business case. I used business, medical, and academic research to show how compassionate employees create a more positive, stable work environment, which in turn leads to a stronger company culture.
